Please help My FPS on my games suddenly drop last week ):

My specs-
Dell Inspiron

8GB GPU RX580

16GB Memory

1TB

Ryzen 7 1700

400 Watts Power

My GPU temperature is usually around 60-70 if I turn on the fan fast.

My CPU Temperature is around 60-80 when playing games.

My games -

Rainbow six Siege . I usually get above consistent 100 FPS but now 40fps

Fifa 18- I usually get above 100 FPS consistent and now I get below 40-50 FPS


I always play on 144hz I tried going to 60 HZ but it’s not working.

I have good WiFi connection 5/5.

I basically tried everything to solve this issue but it's not working. I did cleaning and removeuseless programs. I scan, and removing viruses. I still get low fps now on high end gaming pc.

What is the model of your Inspiron Gaming PC.
Have you changed power supply, 400 watt is not Dell, usually it is 300-305 watt or 460 watt.
Did video card came with PC?
What version of Windows 10 you have? Did Windows updated itself before FPS drop?
How long you have this PC?

It says 380 Battery inside
Yes the video gpu card came with the PC
Windows 10 is the regular one. I'm not sure if it was updated before or after
currently 1 year now.

Yes I tried to rollback my AMD GPU then I tried to play fifa 18. It's still the same fps 40 below. I then re installed the latest GPU driver update. Same thing.

Also I have Driver Booster, HitmanPro, CCleaner, Have been watching youtube videos on how to fix sudden FPS Drops, but none of them working.
