Please help my pc stuck.

Please help
Firstly I recovered my pc to past time and after it finished recovering when it restart it stuck at black window and white cursor looks like "_" at the top and won't start... every time I tries to open it the same black window and that white cursor shows and it stuck.
When I start my pc the cursor blinks and stop and it stuck.

The Windows 7 Operating System seems to be corrupt.
See if you can find a Windows 7 bootable repair DVD.
Maybe using the tools on that will fix your problem - but I am not very sure about that.
The other possibility is that there are hardware problems that
a hardware tech shop may be able to find and correct.

Remove your flash drive from your usb port so your computer can boot from the hard drive.
