Hello So I was making my first computer by myself and I used a anti static strap and all that jazz. I made sure everything went in the right way but for some reason I do not get a display. The first time I booted I got one and then now that I have my OS it wont even give me a display.
here is my build
CPU: i-5 4690k
GPU: N/A
Memory: 8gb Fury 1866
Motherboard: MSI B85M Gaming 1600MHZ
SSD: Kingston 240gb
PSU: 500w EVGA
the only problems I can think of is that the 4+20 adapter the 4 pin wont go all the way down and also that the memory clock speed is higher than the motherboard takes.. Please help me I reseated all of the parts but I will try anything.
Thanks!

Ok so i have the following parts plugged in. 1 stick of ram in the 1st slot (tried both), rook out the CMOS for 60 seconds, made sure 20+4 pin is all together and flush, made sure I had the right cpu cord plugged in. Have my SSD with sata in, and the wires coming from the case itself like the audio and usb etc. I still dont even get a signal detecting. I have tried HDMI and VGA but also to not I do not get any USB power
Thanks for your help so far hopefe can get to the bottom of this.,

So it says in my manual that the JFP1 and JFP2 are the system panel connectors but JFP1 is full and JFP2 doesnt look like that here is what my problem is. The cables are plugged into JFP1, imgur.com/a/1TOJM
