Before I explain, here are my specs:
Mobo: Asus H110M-A
Gpu: rx 480
Processor: i5 6500
Ram 8gb
Psu: Evga 500w bronze

I wanted to upgrade my gpu from an rx 480, so today I bought a 1660 ti. After taking out my 480 and replacing it with the 1660, there was no display on monitor, and my keyboard and mouse don't light up even though the fans are running and my pc light is on.

Then, after taking the 1660 ti out and putting the rx 480 back in, I am having the same exact problem. It was all fine before I took the 480 out. Also, now even plugging my monitor into my motherboard doesn't work with the interegated graphics. That also shows no display, which also worked before removing my 480. What could I have done while replacing my gpu that could have caused this problem?

Did you switch off the psu when changing gpus?

I would put the 1660ti in and clear cmos.
My board requires me to clear cmos when switching gpu.

Yes, I turned the switch off an unplugged it. I haven't tried clearing cmos. Shouldn't my 480 still work when I put it back on? Or I might have to still reset it even when taking out and putting in the same gpu?
