Hi, I've searched around everywhere for solutions and I've heard it could bet he PSU, but I'm completely out of ideas.

So once or twice a day, my PC will freeze on the screen I'm on, and loop the last sound of what I heard, then shuts both monitors down and I have to hold the power off button.

I've looked at my temps and voltages, and they seemed fine. I have also tested the power supply using OCCTP, but I haven't found the cause of the crash. I do however know for sure it is a hardware problem, I just don't know which component it is. Please ask me for any information, I'm willing to test it all.

GPU: RTX 2060 6GB
CPU: RYZEN 7 2700
RAM: BALLISTIX 2X8GB DDR4
MOTHERBOARD: B450M-HDV
PSU: EVGA 600W
WINDOWS 10

This part is sooo similar to what happens to me. But i can sometimes Ctrl + Alt + Del and go to task manager. But sometimes have to press the power button/restart. And my RAM ran into errors twice in MemTest86. So i guess you could try it too?
Sadly, I currently don't have a USB drive to test my memory. I will have to try and find another solution to test my memory...
