Question Please help, PC Crashing for no reason

Hello, i have a PC that has been having a crashing issue for a while now, replaced everything in the PC besides the case and still having the same problem, no its not a temp issue, took it to Geeksquad they ran in under stress and were unable to replicate the crash so couldn't diagnose, i can be playing the most demanding games with no problem only for it to crash while idle, its just very random with no consistency, usually it turns off without warning leaving no error codes, but this time it bluescreened and left a dump file not sure if that means its the same issue or not but at least its a lead so if anyone can help me understand what this file means i would love the help TY !

Are you using a UPS or Surge Suppressor, unstable electrical might be this issue as it worked at one site but has trouble at home.
