Question PLEASE HELP// PC ONLY STARTS AFTER CLEARING CMOS

Hi fellow pc enthusiast,
So I've ran into a pc problem, and I don't know how to escape it without having to RMA . So it all started one day when I was about to get on to play some Marvel rivals , the day before the incident happened I noticed the boot up was a little bit slower, so i ignored it but then next day I was getting on my pc to play and I hit the power on button on my case and nothing was happening but the light warning light on my lcd cooler screen was on , but not my motherboard lights (which are usually on) so I tried troubleshooting it , in different plug ins and I figured it was PSU so I RMA'd it not once trying to clear cmos to see if it would help. Couple days passed by and I get the new refurbished PSU and still the same (in shock) considering I thought it was psu because my reasoning was since its giving enough power to my cooler but not enough to my motherboard maybe it was just old and needed a new psu . But still the same , then I tried to clear cmos and it booted up normally going into bios and then exiting and using my computer normally even being able to everything , play games etc. I then turn off my pc hoping clearing cmos resets bios that maybe it was just my bios needed to be reset but nothing new still not able to power on through pc case. Please help school starts soon and this is my only pc.

I did and now pc blue screening , see I’ve updated my bios a while back even before this problem and I had to roll back into a older bios because the voltage on my cpu was wayyy too high and it just kept crashing , it’s doing that now . What do I do just roll back ? Or do I try to find some stabilization on this bios ?

if its voltage its most likely cpu try dropping cpu voltage. what voltage is your cpu at

It’s idle at 1.370- 1.410
I use to have an undervolt and certain settings but I forgot them atp . But I don’t care about lowering the performance I just want it to work smooth at least 80% performance atp.

try locking it to 1.3v in bios.

what are your temps.

I did and temps for the motherboard like 34c and cpu 40c max . Everytime now I just get a code of inaccesible boot .

try replacing the battery for bios 2032 battery ( coin battery or watch battery). could be running low and that may cause the motherboard to be temperamental.

they tend to need replacing every few years or so some will last years others just die lol.

So should I return to my old bios and setting and put in a new cmos battery , or should I try it out on the new bios ?

i would try replacing with a brand new cmos battery first before reverting to a older bios. if its randomly not finding the boot device that tells me the motherboard is potentially having a low battery.

Maybe the battery on the motherboard is dead. If all these solutions mentioned before don't work, try replace the battery(it looks like a coin but thicker).

I’ve replaced it and I get blue screen code : stopcode - inaccesible to boot device
I’m going to reset back to old bios and see if my powering on works now

I’ve replaced the cmos battery and the psu. That’s all . I’ve reset to old bios now it’s blue screening as well , maybe it’s something to do with voltage and all that .

do you have a heatsink on the nvme ?.

no, it’s just a regular one . I’ve lowered all cores to see if it was voltage and it’s still showing blue screen code inaccesible to boot device .

set system to default and run Vcore 1.3v you shouldn't have to set the cores to anything because the cpu is stuck at 1.3v it should just lower the clock speed.
