Ok so I turned on my pc and I went in the bios. I turned on over clock genie in my bios, and then saved after I saved the bios booted, but then my pic turned off. The pic turned on by itself, but it had no picture to the monitor. I bought new motherboard and my computer will not even turn on. Can someone please tell me what is the culprit here!?

Well, could you describe your problem in more detail (Are any lights blinking, fans spinning) , and use full words; what do you mean by "pic"? Also, could you give the specifications for your computer, (Processor, memory, etc) and, could you tell us how experienced you are with computers (Are you a complete noob with computers, is this your first build, a little experienced with them, etc) I like to know how detailed I should describe my answers. Don't worry about your computer and i'll be happy to help 😀

Ok this is my first build, but I do know my way around my rig. I also have a pentium g3258 a h81m-e33 motherboard. By pic I meant PC, stupid autocorrect also I when the PC first showed no picture to monitor it had all the fans spinning etc, but when I unplugged connections and tried to reset cmos( I broke and handle so j got a new motherboard) the PC does not turn on at all anymore no response from monitor at all. if it helps my PC was previously over clocked before I put OC genie on. Thanks.

So when you save and exit in the BIOS (which you did when you overclocked the PC) , the PC will automatically restart. So its normal for your PC to "turn off and then turn on by itself after you change something in the BIOS. So no worries there. And when you restart, it's normal for the PC to take a few seconds to show anything on the screen. So how long did you wait before you turned the PC off, and how did you turn your PC off? Because unplugging your PC while its still on can short-circuit the power supply(which is what happened to my PC yesterday). Also does your PC give any sign of anything when you try to turn it on? If your power supply is shorted, then the PC will turn on for half a second then off, then on then off, etc. Also, could you list all your components? And could you especially describe what happened in more detail, what you tried to do to turn it on, what you mean by "broke and handle so j got a new motherboard" , and you might have just been freaking out and forgot to connect a power switch to the motherboard or something. Sorry that I give more questions than answers, but the more detail we have the better I can diagnose the problem for you.

When my PC turned off and back on there were no picture to monitor and monitor said no signal, so I turned it off. Then tried the reset cmos without jumper and broke the latch holding it down, but the battery still went in, but the PC did not turn on, thinking it was a dead motherboard I got a new one. When I installed everything it still didn't turn on. The PC has ZERO sign of being on. No led no fans nothing. My full specs are
Pentium G3258
H81m-E33
Gtx 660
500w Psu
4gb ram
Fractal design core 1000 case
Random wireless card
Stock cooler
To turn it on I simply pressed the power button.
