Question Please help! - possible fried GPU?

Please help - Computer was working/booting fine last night.
Now when I boot it is covered in lines and the resolution has changed (even in safe mode)
I believe this would be a GPU problem, if anyone recognises this problem it would be a great help!
GPU - 660 TI
Boots fine without gpu installed

Used DDU, Reset driver defaults, swapped PCI port and is now working!
