Question Please help rx470

Had a windows optional update that caused me to have to re-install radeon drivers. Tried a fresh install of both win10 as well as radeon2020, even tried back flashing with no success. Also tried my rx470 on backup pc and nada. Renedering still off by a mile and stuck on box screen instead of wide.
System is as follows
Msi z70 pc mate motherboard
Core i5 4590 cpu
Thermaltake 800w psu
16 gb crucial ballistix (2×8gb)ddr3 (1600)
Lepa 240 aquachanger
And finally the recent problem child which doesnt work on my backup either
Msi rx-470 armor 4gb
Backup is:
Fx-8350
Gigabyte 970 ultra durable 3 (1.0)
16 gb (4×4gb) corsair vengeance ddr3 (1600)

Any help would be appreciated as gpu is less than 6months old. I can control fans with afterburner and feel heat in the exchange pipes. Replaced 4k hdmi cables as well just to eliminate all the basics. Thank you in advance.

Do you mean you have issue install the gpu driver?

It says driver installed succesfully yet has tons of pixellation, crashes any game you try to load and is stuck in box screen format

if you tested it on multiple pc. sound like the gpu is failing/overheating. check the gpu temp?

Gpu does not flag overheat and I've noticed that the displaced pixels are only on dark spectrum colors. If you were to stream netflix it works ok other than being box format in spite of widescreen settings. As soon as i fire up a game it crashes.
