Dear All,

I'm hoping someone can help me with a reinstallation problem.
I've got a Samsung NP-RV520-A07UK Laptop.
The hard drive went squirly so I've bought it another one and foolishly thought that as I have the original Windows 7 recovery Disk, this would be easy to swap out the part and reinstall the OS.
I've managed to reinstall WIndows 7, but the laptop won't now connect to the internet.
When try to set up a new connection it says::
"Windows did not detect any networking hardware"

When I look into Device Manager, I can see that for: Ethernet Controller, Newtork Controller, PCI Simple communications controller and SM Bus controller, there is a yellow "!" warning sign.
When I try and look a tthe details of the devices it says the maker is uknown.

I found the Samsung website with presumably the drivers:

I've tried downloading some of the LAN drivers from there on this PC and burning the files to a disk, but I don't seem to be able to do anything with them when they are on the Samsung.

My knowledge is very limited in this area and I'd be realy grateful for any advice.

Many thanks.

Might have to grab Chipset driver as well so Windows can identify Chipsets on the motherboard before installing Lan drivers.

There's two sets of drivers for WinXP and 7, WinXP driver version will have WXP at the end of the zip name.

Making sure you have the correct drivers (Chipset and Lan) unzip both in separate folders. Whether you do that on laptop or prior to burning that's up to you, have driver unzipped before installing. When installing open folder you created then right click the application file and click run as administrator.
