Im building my first PC and im trying to make it super silent, as quiet as possible. At first to do this I was going to go with a quiet CPU fan, then I heard I should go SSD only. Now ive realised the GPU fan and PSU will also make noise so now im really stuck.

What can I do? Should I stay with Intel Stock Cooler and add some noise reduction foam etc. or spend more and get a quiet fan? Should I stick with the SSD only or get HDD and get anti- vibration?

There is no point in spending money trying to make this build quiet when the GPU fan will make noise (AMD RX 460), im not sure what I can do to combat this?

Also, what can I do about the PSU?

Thanks to all <3

Solution
Buy a good PSU and you'll never hear it. Many gpu fans are also silent when not gaming and the better 2-3 fan models aren't very loud when under load either. Stock Intel fan is definitely audible under load, and a hard drive makes noise even if the vibrations are dampened. If you want as quiet as possible definitely replace the CPU fan with a quiter one, and get a SSD. There are a lot of 4XX GPU reviews around find which cooling solutions are quiter and pick one of them.
