Question Please help to fix problem

I bought a used Sapphire Nitro RX 580 8gb from a person and I had a 500w psu but I purchased 850w psu for this card. It crashes games. On 500w psu when I stress test it on 1411mhz furmark stress test gets crashed but after replacing psu now on 850w psu stress test on furmark do not crashes on 1411mhz but still games gets crashed after few minutes. Today I installed latest drivers from AMD I think 19.12.2 latest december version but still it crashes games. Some times it runs fine on 1340mhz and some times it also crashes on 1340mhz.

Is this card faulty?
Is there any problem in drivers?
Do I need to use specific voltage and memory clock settings for 1411mhz?
Is there anything wrong with motherboard?

Please help me solve this problem. I don't want to complaint against that person because if there is any problem on my side it will give him bad name otherwise if GPU is faulty I will deal with him. I have also attached photos of my GPU.

Have you tried using the card without overclocking it? If it only crashes when you overclock, theres the problem.

Yes I already said its runs fine on 1340mhz but it gets crashed on 1340mhz also but without overclocking it crashing % is lower than oc

After your comment I launched AC Odssey and after 30 minutes it crashed on 1340mhz. It means card crashed games on stock and oc.
