Please Help Video card question

Hello,
I have installed a video card Ati HD Radeon 4670 1gb ddr3 and it wont show the proper 1024 mb in dxdiag in fact it shows WAY above or WAY below the amount it should depending on the driver version i use im stumped i tried the card in two different comps and the same thing is occuring

Hello and welcome to the forums
dxdiag shows the approximate GPU memory(combined with shared memory).So download GPU-Z and check your card's specs from there

I wouldn't worry about it. Use the most current drivers for your GPU and you will be fine.

Also did you uninstall the old drivers and shut down system after before you installed new card?
