i just bought hp elitedesk 705 g5 with Ryzen 5 3400g
and i read much about ram and the importance of dual channel for the APUs but still confused
which is the best of these two options , 2133mhz with 15 clock latency or 2666 with 19 clock latency ?
and another question , i planning to have 16gb, should i get 4x4gb sticks or 2x8gb sticks ?

and can any one explain this AMD recommendation in this link
AMD SPECIFICATIONS for me ?
scroll down till the Connectivity and you can see it

Max Memory Speed
2x1R DDR4-2933
2x2R DDR4-2667
4x1R DDR4-2133
4x2R DDR4-1866

2x8GB would be better, overall.

2666 better than 2133 in overall performance, especially for the most demanding of tasks and benchmarking. However, from a user perspective, you'll see no noticeable difference when performing day to day tasks.

you mean i should focus on the speed of ram rather than the clock latency ?

Official AMD memory support for your processor is up to 2933, but there are performance benefits by going higher especially where your built in graphics are tied to your system ram speed. I believe your cpu falls into the Zen+ category. Almost all of those cpus should handle 3200 ram easily (most top out between 3400 and 3600). Crucial does list some 3200 ram kits as compatible with your system so it's worth considering:

I should mention, a lot of off the shelf computers don't support enabling XMP or DOCP memory settings, so you may have to find ram that has 3200 in it's standard jedec settings.
