Question Please help Windows endlessly loading

Someone please help all day long I have been trying to figure out how to stop my computer from endlessly loading it started when I decided to restart my computer and there was an update and it has been loading ever since I’ve tried everything from stuff on safe mode to stuff on a command prompt and none of it works and I really don’t want to have to reset my pc can someone please help me

have you tried to uninstall problem update from safe mode?
I think you should be more specific, in what you actually have done, I think an efficient solution is to do a clean install
