I'm looking to build a ~700 computer for gaming that could run most games on high. I'll be needing a monitor and keyboard as well

$686 after mail in rebates

I agree with the poor quality motherboard and power supply but the case and ram (I know the ram could be better but in no way is that ram poor quality) are fine I have no idea wha you are on about

Cheap, flimsy, no dust control, ugly. Cmon if you're gonna buy the source 210 at least get the elite, which has front panel usb 3.0.

Alright, so based on all of your recommendations and looking at some other stuff this is what I got:

this is $666 after rebates

Changed the Z97 board to a H97 to save a couple bucks, you don't need Z97 for that CPU
Saved $10 on the ram
Changed the power supply to a much better quality one (the corsair builder series, while popular, are very average in terms of quality)
Spent the savings on a graphics card upgrade

Alright, I like it, that's probably what I'll go with. Thank you! :)
Also, I was looking at this case http://pcpartpicker.com/part/zalman-case-z3pluswhite to save a couple more bucks, as it comes with 4 preinstalled fans as well. [strike]I would have to get a 2.5 inch drive mount for the ssd but it would still save money in the long run.[/strike] What do you think about it?

Edit: After looking at it it has a 2.5 inch ssd mount

Fantastic for the price, case plus 4 fans plus a fan controller for $40 after rebates is a sweet deal
It's a very popular case here in the UK

Alright, sweet, thanks!

One more thing - There's a great deal on the 3gb R9 280 at the moment, might be worth a look if you can stretch to it

$20 rebate on the r9 280, this^ build is $667 after rebates

Yeah if i can do that I totally would, I plan on buying today if I can so I just gotta see what my total budget will be. Again, thanks for all the help!

May i suggest looking online for an SSD, you can find something around $50 sometimes. The change that it provides is simply amazing. I had this old PC that i wanted to replace, i for fun installed a $39 SSD i found on NewEgg and PC started booting in under 1 minute. You simply can not build a PC without an SSD these days.
