Question 12v Psu jumping around

i found this voltage tolerances on this forums
Specs for the +5V and +12V is 5%
For +5V = 4.75->5.25 V
For +12V = 11.4V ->12.6V

So, based on the data above, I can say my PSU is fine because it's still within the tolerance range. What I'm worried about is the rapid voltage fluctuation every 3-5 seconds.
psu is dropping from 12v to 11,9v when the system is under full load, its working fine though. no crash or freezing whatsover.
its a new psu and i used it for 5 month

Thx

That's a low end unit.

I'd keep an eye on the voltages if and only if you're seeing artifacting on your system when taxed or random shutdowns even when you're not having high temps on your CPU or GPU.

As low end as a Seasonic B12 BC because it's the same.

Software readings are not very trustfull. Better masure with a multimeter. But there's nothing to worry about here though.

i while ago its randomly shutdown, but right now is fine and it never happen again.

ok im gonna try it, but if the multimeter say the same as the software, and the voltage is up and down every sec should i replace it event though still within the tolerance range?
