Not very well versed in HD partitions so wanted to know if say a drive has 2 or more partitions and its not my C can I delete it without harming the original one? So i have some drives that are my storage ones but I see its partitonted out with one being system reserved. If say I delete these small partitions on the same drive could it cause data loss ? Again not talking about my main drive just these storage ones that have these 500mb partitions I never created

If I understand your question correctly, it can definitely cause data loss to delete any partition. Just back up your data first and then re-partition your drive. You should always have a back up of all of your data any way, so if you do not have several back ups of your data then you need to create a data plan and stick to it.

Myself I have 4 different and separate back ups of my data, but I recommend at least 2 for most people, one on site and one off site.
