Question Help needed with new AMD build ?

Hey guys,

I bought a new PC (today), but it seems to have frozen and crashed after a session.

PC Specs
Mobo: Gigabyte B850 Eagle WIFI6E
CPU: Ryzen 7 7800X3D
GPU: RX 9070 XT
RAM: 32GB 5600mhz
PSU: Mastercooler MWE v2 850 Gold

These are the dump files: 6 Items
If someone can help, I would be extremely grateful.

What BIOS version are you on for your motherboard? You forgot to mention the make and models of your storage and ram.

Try and disable the iGPU in BIOS, then use DDU to remove all GPU drivers(intel, Nvidia and AMD) in Safe Mode, then manually install the latest GPU driver in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

My ram is Kingston hyperx 16gb x2 5600

My motherboard bios is F1, and the storage is Kingston NV3 1TB M.2 2280 NVMe SSD.
