Surely it can't be the same virus on PC and phone, they use different software.
Malwarebytes won't solve a virus, really only way to know a virus is gone off PC is a clean install. You can get pretty close with malwarebytes and/or Bitdefender Free - https://www.bitdefender.com.au/solutions/free.html but there are no guarantyees it gets everything, just pretty close.
I am no expert on phone but I assume its similar, do a factory reset.

I'd try Malwarebytes first. It's got me out of trouble quite a few times.
If you are going to wipe a device, remember to back up your data first. And make sure that the data isn't infected.
