[SOLVED] Please help

When I woke up this morning to turn on the pc, the CPU and pc fans were just turning on and off infinitely, the power button on the pc does not do anything. I turned off the power supply and everything stops. When I turn it back on, the fans start turning on and off again without me doing anything. Not even pressing the power button. Pc does not boot. How do I find out the problem or which part it is that is causing the problem...

MOTHERBOARD: B450M-HDVR4

Have you made any changes to your system lately?
Try a CMOS clear first... remove the CMOS battery for ~15-20 minutes, then put it back in.
