I just switched my mobo and my cpu and now the pc won’t turn on and the only thing that turns on is the mobo lights but dr debug doesn’t turn on either. I already took everything off and reinserted everything. I checked the cpu to see if there was anything wrong but it looks fine. I read the Manual and I have everything In the right places. I checked the support list to see if the parts are compatible and they are. Idk what to do.

Specs:
Mobo: Asrock z490 taichi
Cpu: Intel i9 10900k
Gpu: Rtx 3080
Ram: Patriot viper 8 x4
Power supply: Corsair rm750
Cpu fan: cooler master hyper 212 evo
Case: Anidees AI Crystal XL AR 3 Atx full tower case

Solution
I would suggest breadboarding.
Take the components back out of the case and place the motherboard on the box it came in. Use one stick of RAM and only the onboard video for the 10900K to see if it will boot in the simplest configuration. Add components back, for instance your RAM, then other drives, then the GPU and see when/where it stops booting (if it does at all). I would imagine she might run without the GPU connected....I am thinking too much draw for the PSU in spite of being a good unit. Is it (PSU) new?

As an aside for when you get this running. That Hyper 212 is FAR too little cooling for any extensive load on that CPU. You need to consider FAR better cooling if you are doing more than surfing and some office docs....
so you sure you didn't bend any pins on the cpu? and that the motherboard is mounted properly on the standoff screws and that the psu and all power cables are correct and snug?

Yes I checked the cpu there’s no pins on the cpu but there are pins on the mobo and those look fine. Mobo is mounted with all the screws in. I checked the Psu and power cables and they are all in. I would post a pic but idk how.
