PLEASE, how can I disable my HP 530's proxity server so that I can Install some Fx trading software?

Control Panel>Internet Options>Connections tab>LAN button and untick the Proxy box and make sure "Automatically detect settings" is ticked.

I can't help thinking you want to keep a proxy for that kind of work, not disable it. Maybe your software wants to set up its own proxy.
