So I'm thinking about getting a new CPU for gaming. I've got an Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200 @ 2.33GHZ. 8 GB RAM DDR2 & MSI GTX560 Ti.
I play games like Battlefield 3(hardly though) , League of Legends (< *** runs too easy) , Starcraft 2, War Z and a few other single player somewhat graphic intensive games.
I'm thinking about buying an Intel Core i5-3570K Quad-Core Processor 3.4 GHz with a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO - CPU Cooler with 120mm PWM Fan. With a new Mobo / 8GB of 1600mz RAM. So for gaming I was curious if it would be worth upgrading to this CPU for gaming, I plan on using this setup for the next 5 years or so and just upgrading my video card when the next set of Nvidia's come out. I was also wondering if this setup (CPU / Mobo / New memory) will be good for gaming for the next 5 years or so if I overclock the CPU to maybe 4GHz AND lastly is this fan good enough to keep the CPU cool if overclocked to that?
Thanks
