Question Please need help with connecting fan controller Panzer EVO RGB

I do not understand where fan controller plug connects to. Any and all help would be appreciated. Thanks.

The connectors from left to right are;
USB3.0 front panel connector, USB Type-C front panel connector, HD Audio connector, Front panel power, reset, HDD+PWR LED connectors, USB 2.0 port/device.

You might want to also include images of the fan's RGB box as well. What is the make and model of your motherboard?
