Please need help

my laptop is asus x455l i try to open it but it stucks at preparing automatic repair it not continue its stuck for almost an hour please help.me

Laptops are a problem for diagnosis over the internet.
The only thing you can check easily, is, if the harddisk (or SSD) is broken, by building in a new one, and doing a test-installation of Windows, if you have a spare one. Also check your harddisk at another machine.
If you never did such a thing yourself, and down't know anyone who did, my best advice is to go to a shop that repairs laptops, and ask for advice.
