Just wanted some opinions on my gaming rig. I can run pretty much any game with high to ultra settings without seeing a frame rate drop. If I was to upgrade one component what would you suggest?

Operating System
Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
CPU
Intel Core i5 4690K @ 3.50GHz 50 °C
Haswell 22nm Technology
RAM
16.0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 1066MHz (11-11-11-27)
Motherboard
ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. Z97-P (SOCKET 1150) 51 °C
Graphics
Dell S2716DG (2560x1440@144Hz)
4095MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 (ZOTAC International) 33 °C
Storage
465GB Samsung SSD 840 EVO 500GB (SSD) 31 °C
Optical Drives
HL-DT-ST BDDVDRW UH12NS30
Audio
Realtek High Definition Audio

It looks fairly good overall, though a GTX 970 might be a bit underpowered for many newer games at ultra settings at 1440p resolution. For gaming at 1440p, one would ideally want at least a GTX 1070 or better. The 1070 has been out for two years already though, so it would probably be worth waiting another couple months or so for Nvidia to launch their next generation of graphics cards, and see what kind of performance those offer.

I've never overclocked a CPU and wouldnt even know where to begin. Furthermore from what I have read overclocking any component can burn it out.
