Please recommend a gaming monitor

Hello, I need a new monitor for gaming and photo/video editing.
Could you recommend a good monitor for about 200$ with some OK specs?
My pc has a 1060 3gb, i5 7400 and 16 gigs of RAM
I would like a 1080p monitor with 1ms response time and 60/75hz
I know I can't get a super fancy monitor for the money
