Please recommend a program for monitoring temps.

Until recently I was using AI Suite II to monitor my temperatures, but I had to uninstall because it was causing Photoshop Elements to crash.
What would people recommend to replace it with?
I would like something that will display CPU core temps, VRM temps, and ideally GPU temps too. Needs to work with an AMD / ATi system.
