Please Recommend a Router

Let me start by saying I know pretty much nothing about routers except how to simply use them lol.

Here's what I do with my internet:

- Wired PC torrents
- Wired PS4
- Wireless phones (2)
- Wireless laptops (2)

(phones and laptops are just for general browsing / social media)

My house isn't gigantic so I don't need amazing range. I guess I'm just looking for maximum speed and reliability. As you can see my usage is pretty basic so I don't need anything special.

Budget is $150 max, the cheaper the better.
