Question Please recommend a suitable build.

Hello.
I am an office worker in Korea who is engaged in 3D MAX modeling and animation production. I'm planning to build a new desktop and would like your advice.

The main use is We produce 3D MAX modeling and animations of about 6000 to 10,000 frames, VRAY rendering, and then produce videos using after effects.

Other programs such as Photoshop, Keyshot, CATIA design, and UNITY are used.

The currently planned build is as follows.

CPU: Ryzen 7950X
M/B: ASUS Proart X670E
RAM: G.SKILL DDR5-6400 CL32 TRIDENT Z5 RGB 64GB
SSD: CORSAIR MP700 PRO 2TB
GPU: ASUS Proart RTX4080 1Way or 2Way


Are you sure if the above specifications are suitable?
If not, please recommend other specifications and PowerSupply, regardless of budget or cost.

Hey there,

It's a solid build. If you can wait a little, there maybe a 4080 ti with 20gb of vram. I'd expect that would really help you a lot. Would be worth waiting on, for the boost over the vanilla 4080.

I can't remember the source, but thinking about it, it could have been a 'this could be the newest 4080 GPU' Like 4080 SUper or 4080ti. I should have researched more! lol

Build looks good.

Since you are using keyshot which utilises multiple GPUs, it might be better to go 2 X 4080 if you prioritise it.

You would have to power 1 gpu with 16 pin and the other with adapter
