Make sure the memory is 2133mhz , rest looks good.

It's fine , but it will run at 2133.
With the H170 boards , usually only get 2133.

You wouldn't notice the difference.

Yes it will.
Have you accounted for case, storage and power supply?
They aren't in the list Blackbird provided, so i'm not quite sure what the situation is there.

i got a 750 CX laying around i got for a birthday present outta nowhere

got a 500 gb hdd with windows 10 on it

and ive got enough for a case

You will need to clean install Windows 10.
