Question Please someone fix my issue

any1 know why i have insanely high var on matchmaking/offline with bots but perfectly fine var/fps on workshop maps/community servers? been trying to find out why for a few weeks now and the var goes back to normal after a week or so at random without me fixing it. I've played cs since 2019 and never had an issue like this before I tried everything I could think of, even reinstalled cs and I never done that since I downloaded it. Tried restarting my router, I'm at a loss. I'm thinking maybe it could be that I need to reapply thermal paste but my PC isn't even above 40degrees when playing counter strike so I don't think it's that

update: it fixed again randomly but its done this 3x so it'll prob be messed up again tomorrow LOL

it fixed on it's own again for the third time but it'll probably mess up again, I noticed if I put my PC into sleep mode and don't shut down that it fixes it but if I shutdown it messes up again so I'm not really sure what's happening internally in my PC
