Question Please someone help me with accessing a website

Not sure if this is the correct location for this question if not I apologize. I work from home i have a company computer which I use a vpn with and I also have to use an additional vpn PaltoAlto to access public health information on a website called Trisano that the Southern Nevada dept of health uses. My problem is that I’m able to log into the vpn and then bring up the TrisNo website to log in but it just keeps loading and never makes it passed that log in screen,I don’t get any error Messages nothing. I was able to access it perfectly fine until last Sunday night, and the biggest issue is that everyone in my company can access the site except me. Does anyone have a clue on how to troubleshoot the out of the blue issue I’m having?

Maybe the IP address being used by your VPN is blocked by the company firewall or by the website itself.

Company computer - correct?

VPN - when it comes to medical matters and health then a VPN makes sense but only to a point.....

The question needs to be directed to your company's IT support team.

Or Trisno. Or the Southern Nevada Health Department.
