Question Please someone help PC suddenly slow

Everyone I need your help I got a 2080ti Intel i9 32ram Asus z390-e motherboard with 2 m.2's and a SSD so got 3tb sooo I have alot of space but recently my PC has become very slow so I literally cleared up everything pretty much a new PC reset windows and erased everything on the m.2 and updated the bios to the latest one but for some reason my PC boot time and my games are still loading up very slow someone please help me

1st. Motherboard is asus strix gaming z390-e
2nd.gpu 2080ti strix oc
3rd.intel i9-9900k at 4.71ghz
4th.ram is corsair vengeanc 32gb
5th.crucial m.2 1tb
6th. crucial m.2 1tb
7th. sandisk SSD 1TB

I'm not seeing anything out of the ordinary from those results... except the other M.2 isn't showing up.
Bought a lemon perhaps? Does device manager recognize it?

Oh na it's because I reset it and didnt bother setting it up because I'm not gonna use the PC until it's fixed so no point in setting everything up

Whenever you reinstall Windows, you have to do the same with the motherboard drivers.

Make and model of the power supply?
What 3rd party software are you installing on the PC?

Check Task Manager; any particularly high background processes?

Literally haven't downloaded anything no 3rd party apps since I've reset everything and check task manager nothing using alot of cpu power supply evga 1000w

Nothing literally nothing installed and it's still slow just installed steam to check how long a game takes to load which is rainbow six siege which takes 45 seconds to load

Have you tried doing a malware scan? Might be a virus slowing everything down.

I've literally wiped everything but I did check nothing

Its very slow still after everything being wiped game takes around 40+ seconds to load and boot up time is slow aswel takes about 46 seconds

Tried defragging your drive? I would also try installing your operating system on your Sandisk SSD as well, just for the hell of it.
