Q - What's the total build budget (less the LCD)? {Yeah, I know I can open all the links + add}

Q- Why AMD vs X58?

Suggested differences:
1. PSU - Corsair TX650W - http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/searchtools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=3438607&csid=_21
You want Japanese Capacitors.
2. KB - Razer Arctosa Gaming Keyboard - Black Edition - http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=4306235&CatId=3463
The one you selected seems really cheap.
3. Mouse - Razer Deathadder 3500 High Precision Gaming Mouse - http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=5272691&CatId=2390
4. Case - Cooler Master Gladiator 600 Mid Tower - http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=4950639&CatId=1842
You don't want USB/etc on the floor
5. HDD - Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 Hard Drive - 1TB, 7200 rpm, 32M - http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=4691122&CatId=139
For a few bucks more double your capacity ; If you ever RAID the WD won't work properly w/o TLER.
6. DVD = ok
7. LCD - ASUS VH226H 22" Widescreen Full HD LCD Monitor - 1080p, 1920x1080, 12000:1 Dynamic, 2ms, DVI, HDMI, Black - http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/searchtools/item-Details.asp?EdpNo=5371799&sku=A466-2200&srkey=VH226H
You want the 2ms LCD and ASUS is one of the best for a few bucks
8. GPU - EVGA 01G-P3-1465-AR GeForce GTX 465 Video Card - 1024MB GDDR5 - http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=6526205&CatId=3669
More memory and easily outperforms the GTX 460 and well worth the added $35.

There's no MOBO listed, and needed to comment on CPU and DDR.

Compare prices on Newegg but also look for COMBINATION deals. :sol:

Also - What MOBO did you plan on using ?? I don't see one listed and hard to tell if the DDR3 RAM is correct without knowing what MOBO you have or are getting ! And is there any reason your using Tigerdirect over say Newegg ? (for example the same CPU @ newegg is $5 cheaper so need to know if there is a reason you need to use Tiger or are willing to use another site for better pricing !)

Q- Do you want onboard video?
Q- Are you planning on overclocking?

ASUS, and Gigabyte are reliable mobos.
$135.99 free shipping...http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103809
save you $4 on CPU
$119 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128438
Good mobo for overclocking, but you might wanna get a black edition of your CPU for easier overclocking. :hello:

The Gigabyte board is an easy overclocking board..I have the ma 790x.....the board has a sound card..
There are tutorials for gigabyte boards all over..check Google.. They are a top brand. :sol:
The board as I posted earlier is 119.99...you even save a penny!!...LOL..104.99 with mail in rebate(I never use these, too much fuss no matter what the manufacturer)...AND FREE shipping:) :pt1cable:
You might wanna think of this cpu....http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103808...it's a black edition...easier overclock..just up the multiplier...

It sure will it's set up for AMD. Did you consider the black edition of the chip you want?.I think it's about$20 more
than the one you have listed. For ease of overclocking, I myself would pay the extra $20, but that's just me. :sol:
And yes it will support your video card, 2 of them as a matter of fact...But check out the board on google you'll see :sol:
