Hi, can you please suggest me a good SLI motheboard within 6000 Rs / 100 USD, and can be compatible with i7 4790k and a single 8GB Corsair Vengeance 1600Mhz stick?

i dont believe you ll find a mobo with SLI up to 6000INR .

No , no .They support Crossfire but not SLI since the second PCI-E x16 slot is running at x4 but NVidia doesnt allow that in SLI .

You need to pay a lot more money to get SLI certified motherboards
