Hello I would like to know how my build looks. These items are all shipping because for what I've researched they seem to be compatible and have no problems. I would like an expert to confirm this and give me any suggestions.
Video Card: GeForce GTX 1070 Dual 8gb
Processor: Intel 7th gen i7-7700k
Motherboard: ASUS PRIME Z270-A LGA1151 DDR4 DP HDMI DVI M.2 USB 3.1 Z270 ATX
Case: Corsair Graphite Series 760T Full Tower Windowed Case - White
Memory: SanDisk Ultra II SSD 480 gb + 2tb Seagate
RAM: 2x PNY Anarchy DDR4 2x8GB 2400MHz 1.2V
Power Supply: Corsair HXi Series, HX850i, 850 Watt (850W) Fully Modular Power Supply
Cooler: Thermaltake Riing 12 120x120x25 mm Max: 26.4dBa Max. 1500RPM
System: Windows 10 Pro

And since I live in a neighborhood with unreliable electricity I also got:
CyberPower CP1500AVRLCD Intelligent LCD Series UPS 1500VA 900W AVR Mini-Tower

Also for a monitor I'm thinking:
ASUS VG248QE 24" Full HD 1920x1080 144Hz 1ms HDMI Gaming Monitor

Amazon says it bring the 2 front fans and a total of 3 fans. I purchased the noctua d15 and 2 120mm fans just in case. Thanks a lot for the help guys. Will be going on forums on build day if i get confused

Watch some build logs on youtube from Bitwit or Paulshardware of Linustechtips or Pcper until you feel like you know what they're going to do next before they do it.

Umm I don't know why none has realised that OP list do not include cpu heatsink. The TT OP has been talking is just fan without any cpu heatsink.

I7-7700K does not came with heatsink. You need to buy one. Just get basic cooler master 212 evo. Since its your first buld, don't go liquid cooling.

No the Noctua is a cpu heatsink.

$86 Noctua NH-D15 ? wow its a good heatsink and a good way to waste money.

$20 Cooler Master Hyper 212 LED should be enough. I agree its not as good as D-15, but its enough to support "not so crazy" overclock.

save the money for samsung M.2 960 pro. This ssd is almost triple speed than standard ssd.
