This is more or less the initial idea

CPU = i3-6100 (Possible g4620 or i3-7100 if i wait a little time)
MB = Asrock H110M-HDS
RAM = Kingston 2133 8gb (Or kingston HyperX Fury 2400 8gb, it's worth the difference of price)
HDD = WD Blue 1Tb 7.2K 64Mb 6Gb/s
GPU = Asus Rx 460 2gb Ddr5
PSU = SS-400ES 80+ Bronze 12v30A (Or XFX Xt 400 80+ Bronze 12v30A)

In an uncertain future, when I need more power, I would change the rx460, for something like a gtx 1060 and / or the i3-6100 for something like an i5-6400.

But for the moment the most important thing is the initial idea.

Thanks for your time and help.

Solution
Corsair VS is pretty terrible.

Found a quote of a review. The SS-400ET is alright.
Just bear in mind it's an OEM PSU meaning cables will be unsleeved and it comes without a box.
If the 2400MHz RAM is cheaper then go for it.
If the 2133MHZ RAM is cheaper pick that one.
Your board/CPU won't clock it above 2133MHz.

Concerning the PSU, the XFX XT is not recommended. As is the TS430.
As for the Seasonic...I'd go with the S12II-430 or S12II-520

Hi, thanks for the answer, the price of the S12II-430 or S12II-520 its high for me right now.
But, if SS-400ES 80+ Bronze 12v30A Or XFX Xt 400 80+ Bronze 12v30A, dont are a right solution.
Maybe this two psu they are??
Corsair vs450 80+ white 12v34A Or EVGA 430 80+ white 12v34A

thanks again
