Plex server build question

Do you guys think that this setup would be good enough for a plex server? Transcoding 2 streams 720p or 1080p

NAS server currently running OpenMediaVault 100% working
Intel Pentium G3420 3.20Ghz CPU
MSI B85M-E33 microATX LGA 1150
LSI Sata RAID card
4 X 2TB HDD
30GB SSD
Crucial Ballistix 2gb X 2 1333Mhz
Antec MicroATX case
350w PSU

Plex requires a core 2 duo 2Ghz for a single 720p stream. The G3420 is over twice faster than an E6600. Should be enough for 2 steams.
