pll overclocking software?

hi, can you name me any pll overclocking software (except for setfsb and clockgen) n if u cant then can you tell me how to change my copu multiplier using my pll

What processor? Modern day processors cant be overclocked like that and if the CPU is multiplier locked anyways no software could bypass that.

i jus want a list of software that can overclock my prosesoor is intel pentium dual core e5300

Ok so the most you will be able to do with that chip is adjust the FSB, you will not be able to adjust the multiplier as it is locked. I have only used SetFSB and ClockGEN before, I am unsure of any alternatives. Do those not work for you?

what about overclocking IBM ThinkPad X40? I tried using clockgen but whenever i press Read Clocks, my system entirely freezes. I tried setfsb, but i can't find my pll in it. Also i know about systool but same problem as clockgen - freezes my system.

Please start a NEW one for your particular situation.

But, laptops are generally NOT good candidates fr overclocking.
