If you really want IPS for the colors and viewing angles, go for the dell. If you just want a quality gaming monitor, go with the asus. It also has bezelless displays, which make it look INCREDIBLE!!!

I don't know why you would need 144mhz, but I think gsync would be great for your needs(but they are REALLY EXPENSIVE!
Gsync: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/acer-monitor-umfb0aaa01, http://pcpartpicker.com/part/aoc-monitor-g2460pg, http://pcpartpicker.com/part/acer-monitor-umhb0aaa01
IPS 60HZ: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/lg-monitor-22mc57hqp, http://pcpartpicker.com/part/acer-monitor-umvh6aa003, http://pcpartpicker.com/part/lg-monitor-27mp33hq
144HZ(NO IPS): http://pcpartpicker.com/part/acer-monitor-umfg6aab01, http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-monitor-vg248qe, http://pcpartpicker.com/part/aoc-monitor-g2460pqu

**I coud not find any ips gsync monitors within your price range. I also could not find any ips 144hz monitors within your price range. All of the monitors above have a 5ms response time or less.

2 ASUS MX279H

kinda of stupid question ,,, is the asus VG248QE is the only one of those 4 which have Nvidia 3d vision ready and Nvidia 3D lightboost ?
