pls help me get a fix low fps kind good pc

hey so i have i5 3450 and gtx 1060 6gb and 8gb ram Crucial BallistiX tactical 400 watt cooler master psu

and i have like 35 to 40 avg on Assassin's Creed Origins and this man on youtube haves like 60 fps avg

If you're running single-channel RAM then I'd start there.

But even then, you have to consider where in the game you are and what is being rendered on the screen. If there no people around and its open land, you get higher fps than when in a city and a lot is going on.
