kernel 41 (63) is a reaction to a restart, not the cause of one.

if you not getting any BSOD its likely hardware of some kind

run this on CPU: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/15951/19792/intel-processor-diagnostic-tool.html?
Prime95 likely proves its not the CPU.

Try running memtest86 on each of your ram sticks, one stick at a time, up to 4 passes. Only error count you want is 0, any higher could be cause of the BSOD. Remove/replace ram sticks with errors. Memtest is created as a bootable USB so that you don’t need windows to run it

No real tests for GPU except run benchmarks and see if it crashes during them. Could run off intel igpu and run same tests if it does crash, to see if get same results.

Wouldn't think a 1600watt PSU have problems with running that system. How old is it?

windows 11 clean install with corupted files after all update..
what storage drives do you have?

Restarts without bsod isn't windows, so corrupted files could mean its the storage drives.

right click start
choose Terminal (Admin)
If it doesn't open in Powershell, click the drop down arrow in the header field and choose from list
copy/paste this command into window:

Repair-WindowsImage -Online -RestoreHealth

and press enter

Then type SFC /scannow

and press enter

Restart PC if SFC fixes any files as some fixes require a restart to be implemented

First command repairs the files SFC uses to clean files, and SFC fixes system files

SFC = System File Checker. First command runs DISM - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/manufacture/desktop/what-is-dism?view=windows-11

ok thank you for replying i did try the first intel test you sent me it passed all of them.
Imma run memtest tonight but i did try another set of new exact ram meanwhile both stock 2666mhz and xmp profile. same result
.forgot to mention too.. i had windows installled on a samsung 980 pro... i tried a fresh install on that drive and my samsung 970 2tb brand new still same thing... both are m2
my psu is evga 1600w gold.. couple years old... it ran occt power test 100% cpu 100% gpu usage with around 800w of testing for an hour and was not crashing and i dont even think the fan went on in eco mode.. tried it fan always on and same crash in game
my next step is to try with the integrated graphic card but its a mess to remove my graphic card since its all in a custom loop.
i had done the command dism repair online etc then sfc scan.. i dont know if its the same as the one you sent me but i tried and is good https://ibb.co/gw6DvwX
i can bring screenshot of temperature and voltage while stress testing if it helps
i did so many stress test ..prime 95 .. intel burn test.. occt .. cinebench..
https://ibb.co/rfgvXpm intel test
https://ibb.co/HXHkQqP result voltage 1
https://ibb.co/PWm7f4s result voltage 2
https://ibb.co/GMNbjnZ the pc itself
