Not sure where I should post this, so just going to post it here. Thanks for your time and help.
So I'm helping my cousin fix his computer. I'm not sure on the exact details, wasn't able to ask him before he went to bed
It sounds like after a few devices plugged into the usb ports, the devices all stop working, and if you reset, it wont post.
You can get it to post if you reset the PC, plug out the PSU, Hold the power button to drain it, then turn it back on.
Any idea what could be happening here? Maybe a short?
