plz suggest the top 10 graphics card for 300w psu?

i have a psu which is below 400w so i cannot buy gtx 650 because of the psu and i am also not sure that it would work on my pc so plz give a lis of top 10 graphics cards which require 300w power supply.

Basically you have two choices the Radeon HD 7750 or the nvidia GTX 650 (vanilla; not the Ti or Ti Boost).

As to exactly which brand name whichever you like. Many versions of those cards are overclocked, but a few are not. The OC'ed versions uses more power, but should still work with a 300w PSU. I just recommended the following PowerColor Radeon HD 7750 because the person was looking for a very inexpensive card; it is overclocked.

The only thing I do not like about is that the heat is not exhausted out the back of the card. It is instead dumped directly into the case, but price was the issue, not heat.

Actually, I just found the following XFX Radeon HD 7750 DDR5 which exhausts heat out the back of the card so I gotta go back to the other thread since it is cheaper @ $65 after rebate. There is no info about clockspeed or RAM speed so it might be a stock speed Radeon HD 7750.

At peak power the Radeon HD 7750 only consumes 43w of power. An OC'ed version might hit as high as 48w, but a standard 300w should be able to handle an OC'ed version w/o issue as well.

That is the general recommendation of the manufacturers. The those cards can work with a 300w as long as the components in the PC are not very power hungry. I have recommend the the Radeon HD 7750 and the Radeon HD 6670 (along with the HD 5670 and HD 4670) in the past numerous times because based on their power consumption they do in fact work with PC that have 300w PSUs.

What are the specs of your PC? If you have any Intel CPU and up 2 or maybe even 3 hard drives, then the both cards I recommended should work fine. If you have an AMD CPU, then that's a different story because AMD CPUs are power hungry and I suppose you will need at least a 350w PSU for those cards.

Below is the peak power consumption chart that has a GTX 650 which shows it draws 48w. However, this an overclocked card so at stock speed it should use a little. Likely to be close to the Radeon HD 7750 which was measured to use 43w during the test.
