Question PMU Memory Training Error at Socket 0 Channel 0 DIMM 1

I recently solved a problem in which I needed to update my BIOS in order for my PC not to boot loop with dual channel enabled, but ever since I resolved that issue, I keep getting a PMU memory training error. I’ve read the system information as well, and it also tells me that there is only 8 GB of Physical RAM. However, CPU-Z tells me I have 16 GB. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I’ve also tried two different sets of RAM, so I do not believe they are the issue.

Just change the boot order through the bios and your HD or SSD as the first boot option.
