Thanks, but my problem has now become:

Upon booting up on my Vista Home Premium PC I am now receiveing the following error on a BLUE SCREEN of DEATH:

STOP: 0x00000019 (0x0000000000000020,0xFFFFFA800852AAB0,0xFFFFFA800852AAD0,0x000000000402000E)

How can I decipher this?

Unfortunately I still haven't resolved my BLUE SCREE issue; I'm getting OS dumps after my PC successfully boots on the 2nd attempt but cannot find a good description on how to interpret the STOP code and its parameter addresses. Surely that must be documented somewhere ?!?
