Pny 1060, 3b, 83C under full load.

I recently got a Pny 1060, 3b(VCGGTX10603PB ) with 2 fans. At full load I get up to 83C and was wondering if that was normal? I am pretty sure I have good airflow. My cpu, i5 8400 only ever gets up to 47C-50C also when going through some of the same applications...

If you want to lower your temps, use msi afterburner and lower the power limit to between 75 and 95.
But your temps are ok, not great but ok.

Can I ask what fans you are using?

I'm assuming he's talking about the fans built onto the card, not within his case.

Those temps aren't dangerous, but if you want to lower them set a custom fan profile using MSI afterburner or something.

Yes, sorry, skybill is right, I was just talking about the fans built into the gpu card. Should I also just return it or get a replacement? or would that be just a waste of time? Would there be a difference in others? Is my gpu somewhat defective is what I am trying to say I guess, in cooling itself. Yea, I'll probably try those ideas.
